Women Socio-Economic Strengthening
ARUWE supports women through training in climate-resilient farming, entrepreneurship, and savings groups. We strengthen cooperatives, improve access to land and finance, and equip women with leadership and advocacy skills to influence local economic decisions.
Sustainable Health Communities
We increase access to SRHR, HIV care, and GBV support through safe spaces, trained referral systems, and community outreach. Our work also engages men and boys as allies and promotes inclusive, rights-based healthcare in rural areas.
Education and Lifelong Learning
ARUWE improves school WASH facilities, menstrual care, and safeguarding while offering life skills and vocational training for out of school youth ensuring girls and young women learn, grow, and thrive at every stage.
Climate Resilience and Justice
We train women in agroecology, support access to clean energy, and engage communities in climate advocacy. Through local campaigns and cooperatives, we build inclusive climate solutions that protect resources and promote resilience.
