OUR Programs

Sustainable Health Communities

In rural Uganda, many women and girls still face barriers to essential care. ARUWE’s Sustainable Health Communities program expands access to sexual and reproductive health, HIV services, and GBV support while building systems that protect, educate, and empower.

Our Impact in Numbers

Across Uganda, women are transforming their communities through agriculture, entrepreneurship, and leadership. At ARUWE, we strengthen their journey by supporting women-led cooperatives, training young mothers in business, and ensuring grandmothers and households living with HIV have access to food, resources, and land rights. This is more than economic aid it’s long-term empowerment, rooted in dignity and driven by women themselves.
